HUNGER WALK RUN
Sunday, February 25, 2018
12–4 p.m. 755 Hank Aaron Drive
Land of Promise joins the Atlanta Community Food Bank's Hunger Walk/Run to raise money for hunger relief. On Sunday, February 25, 2018, thousands of people will come together to raise awareness and funds to help fight hunger in our community. Our team will be there – and we need your support!
Eighty percent of the money we raise will directly support Land of Promise (LOP). LOP's mission is to is to bring awareness, inspire hope and develop programs to address food inequities nationally and internationally. Our Nourish the Need Weekend Food Backpack Program is in 14 Fulton County Schools and serving over 200 students a week. Your donation will help us expand this program to more schools and students. Hunger Walk/Run is one of the most important hunger relief efforts of the year. The money we raise will feed hope for the Fulton County students who face hunger on the weekends.
Please join us in supporting this important mission! You can help us reach our team fundraising goal by making a donation on behalf of the team Land of Promise. Or take the next step against hunger by walking/running with us on February 25.
Thank you so much, and we hope to see you at the Hunger Walk/Run! All teams listed below are on the Land of Promise Team.
