Publix presented a $5,000.00 check to Land of Promise (LOP) from funds raised in Publix 2017 Food for All campaign.  Thank you to the Publix customers and associates that participated by adding $1, $3, or $5 donation to their grocery bill.   

 

More than 65 area non-profit agencies received grants from this campaign and LOP was one of them.  Kevin Kidd, Store Manager Publix Super Market at Princeton Lakes, expresses that, “It is always a pleasure to support the community.” 

 

LOP will utilize this grant to ensure that Fulton County Schools students receive food on weekends when school meals are not available for the 2018-2019 school year. Thank you Publix for your dedication to fight food insecurity in our community.
